Subscriber Question: We are faced with an extremely unethical new hospice in our area. They have solicited our patients in nursing homes and in their own homes. This action has been reported to no avail. How would you deal with this situation?? - A.B., Hospice of Texas

TAG's Answer: Make sure you send a letter to the agency, directly addressing your concern. After you have done this, the only thing you can do is to send a letter to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, informing them of the situation. They will review the complaint and determine the appropriate action.
