Denise's Desk: Big Success Comes in Small Packages
You know the saying about the little things that make all the difference? Well, the Senior Fun Pack we recently developed is proof that this saying is true!
Several of our home care and hospice customers have called to let us know how well-received these playing cards and Bingo cards have been with their long-term care facilities. These little gems might be small but their impact is mighty and, in my book, that's what counts. There are plenty of companies out there who sell trash and trinkets and call them marketing materials because they have imprinted your logo on them. Don't be misled - not all products are created equally.
At TAG, the promotional products and marketing materials we develop are carefully selected based on our knowledge of the home care and hospice industry. We understand the audiences and the processes for generating referrals...and we develop products accordingly.
When making the decision whether to invest in a promotional or specialty item, consider these questions:
- Will the product have value for the end user?
- Does the product have a long shelf life?
- How frequently will the customer use this product?
- Does the product foster a good relationship with the customer or referral source?
- Does the product allow for your logo to be imprinted in an acceptable quality?
Making these questions part of your ongoing product selection criteria will help insure that you get a high return on your investment each and every time.
